Grill

We've really loved grilling food this summer.  I especially like making skewers of brightly colored food.

I'm not sure how to do a good color balance on this photo in order to convey the true yellow of the pineapple rings without making the sausages look disgusting.  The colors were so much more vibrant in person.  I do like food photography but right now it's more of an admiration for those that pull it off well (like whoever photographs for Food Network Magazine!) than it is an actual desire to photograph my own food.  I need to learn the skills of food styling as well as better lighting techniques.  For now I'm enjoying cooking though.
